Document Conducting

Bulk-check and re-conduct documents: surfaces posting errors — sales over available stock and regrading — and brings stock balances up to date. Handy to run before closing a shift.

How to Access

Navigate to: Sidebar > Settings > Document Conducting

Route: /settings/document-conduct

Quick actions:

Overview

The page collects documents that need conducting (from the actuality point or a chosen date), re-conducts them, and shows the errors it finds — item, warehouse, balance, and the shortfall amount. Nothing new is created on the server: it uses the same warehouse operations as re-conducting inside the reports.

Menu visibility depends on access rights: the item is hidden for roles that have the conducting tool closed (for example "Restaurant", "Retail") — just like the other warehouse settings.

FAQ

When should I run the check?

The tool is handy to run before closing a shift and during the day — to catch sales over stock and regrading in time.

Why can't I see the menu item?

The item is hidden by access rights. If a role has the document-conducting tool closed, the item does not appear in the Settings section.

Does the tool create anything new on the server?

No. It uses the same warehouse operations as re-conducting inside the reports; no new documents are created.
