Report Collection

A set of specialized reports gathered on one page: pick a report from the list and it opens right there with its own filters.

How to Access

Menu: Reports → Report Collection.

Route: /warehouse/reports/collection

Quick actions:

The section is available to the account owner only.

Overview

The collection is a shelf for reports each of which is needed rarely and therefore does not warrant its own menu item: exports to external systems, narrow analytical slices, service reports.

The page follows a single pattern: pick a report in the Report list, fill in the filters that appear, and click Apply.

"Slow-moving stock" Report

Helps you find goods that have not sold for a long time and tie up money, without going through receipt dates by hand.

The report's filter names and column headers come from the report itself and are shown in Russian; the original captions are given in brackets below.

Filters: Warehouse («Склад») and Sales point («Торговая точка») — both are required. Until at least one of them is chosen, the report shows the line «Выберите склад и торговую точку» ("Select a warehouse and a sales point") instead of data. The report is built for the main warehouse of the selected sales point: if you pick a warehouse that is not set as that point's main warehouse, the report comes back empty.

ColumnWhat it shows
Item («Товар»)The item name. Only items with positive stock in the warehouse are included; groups and deleted items are not listed
Stock («Остаток»)Current stock in the warehouse
Last purchase price («Последняя цена закупа»)The value of the "Last purchase price" field from the item card
Selling price («Цена продажи»)The price from the item card
Days without movement («Дней без движения»)Days since the last operation of any kind for the item in this warehouse — receipt, sale, transfer, write-off
Days without sales («Дней без продаж»)Days since the item was last sold from this warehouse — through a check at the till or a "Selling" document (for ingredients, consumption in production counts too). Receipts, write-offs and transfers do not reset this counter. An empty value means the item has never been sold from this warehouse

Rows are sorted by Days without movement: items with no operations for the longest time come first.

Filters

The available filters depend on the selected report. The most common are Date from, Date to, Employee, Client, and Sales point; the All option means "no restriction".

Some reports have no configurable filters — in that case the page says so and it is enough to click Apply.

Tips

  • A message about an unsupported filter type means the report will be built without that restriction, not that it will fail to build. Verify the result before using it for reporting.
  • Some collection reports are also available as their own menu items — for example Purchase Analysis and Material Statement. They are more convenient there.
