Overview
When creating new documents (receipts, sales, movements, etc.), certain fields can be pre-populated with default values. This saves time for operators who repeatedly create documents with the same warehouse, supplier, or other common fields.

FAQ
Can I set different defaults for different document types?
Yes. Each default value entry is tied to a specific document type, so you can have different defaults for receipts vs. sales vs. movements.
Do defaults override manually entered values?
No. Defaults only pre-fill the field when creating a new document. The user can always change the value.
How do I remove a default value?
Delete the entry from the default values list. New documents will no longer have that field pre-filled.
