Regrading
The regrading document records the substitution of one item for another in the warehouse. It simultaneously writes off one item and adds another, typically used when items need to be reclassified or swapped.

Overview
A regrading document is used when one item needs to be replaced with another in the warehouse records. This is common when goods are reclassified, repackaged, or when a labeling error needs to be corrected. After conducting, the source item is deducted and the target item is added to stock.

The grid contains pairs of items — one being removed and one being added:

Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Warehouse > Regrading.
- Click Add.
- Select the Organization and Warehouse.
- Set the Date.
- In each row, select the source item (From) and the target item (To).
- Enter quantities for both sides.
- Click Save, then Conduct.
FAQ
When should I use regrading vs. cancellation + posting?
Use regrading when you are replacing one item with another in a single operation. Using separate cancellation and posting documents achieves the same result but creates two documents instead of one.
Can the source and target quantities differ?
Yes. For example, when repackaging 10 small boxes into 1 large box, the quantities will differ.
How is the coefficient determined?
The conversion coefficient is set automatically and allows specifying the unit ratio when repackaging items.
