Attendance Sheet
The Attendance Sheet is a summary report of hours worked by employees over a period. It shows who worked how much, taking assigned work schedules into account.
How to Access
Menu: Time Tracking → Attendance Sheet.
Route: /time-tracking/attendance
Quick actions:
Overview
The report is built from clock-in and clock-out punches employees make at a time-tracking point (checkpoint). Punches are matched against the employee's assigned work schedule, producing an attendance sheet for the selected period.
The period defaults to the current calendar month.
Filters
| Filter | Description | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Date from | Start of the period | Yes |
| Date to | End of the period | Yes |
| Employee | Search by employee name; empty means all employees | No |
Display Options
Checkboxes control which columns the report includes. Only Details is enabled by default.
| Option | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Details | Day-by-day breakdown: clock-in and clock-out time for each day of the period |
| Actual days | Total number of days actually worked |
| Off-schedule | Days worked outside the assigned schedule |
| Rounding | Rounds worked time using the rules configured for the time-tracking point |
| Trimming | Cuts time outside the shift — clocking in early or out late does not increase the result |
Rounding and Trimming change the resulting numbers, not just the table layout. Enable them if payroll is calculated by those rules — otherwise the attendance sheet and the payroll calculation will disagree.
How to Use
- Set the period — Date from and Date to.
- Optionally specify an employee.
- Select the display options you need.
- Click Generate.
The set of columns depends on the selected options, so the table is rebuilt on every generation.
Tips
- An empty result for employees who definitely worked means there are no punches for the period: either the time-tracking point is not configured, or employees did not clock in. Check Attendance History — it shows raw punches without schedule matching.
- When the sheet does not match expectations, the schedule is the usual cause rather than the punches: the employee is on the wrong schedule, or the cycle start date is wrong.
- For the monetary result from the same data, see the Payroll (Time Tracking) report.
