Appointments Journal
A schedule of customer appointments: service appointments by employee, and reservations of objects — tables, rooms, courts.
How to Access
Menu: Appointments Journal.
Route: /journal
Quick actions:
The section is available to the account owner only.
Overview
The journal is a day grid: employees or objects across the top, time down the side. An appointment is created by clicking an empty cell.
It works in two modes:
| Mode | What it is for |
|---|---|
| By employees (Services) | Booking a customer with a specialist |
| By objects (Reservations) | Reserving tables, rooms, courts, halls |
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| Point | Sales point, or all points |
| View | By employees or by objects |
| Category | Category of employees or objects |
| Location | The location where appointments are held |
| Employee / Object | Who to show in the grid; several can be selected |
| Interval | Grid step: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours |
| Search | Search within appointments |
Until at least one employee or object is selected the grid stays empty — the page says so explicitly.
The date is changed with the Previous day and Next day buttons.
Appointment Card
The card opens by clicking an appointment and has three tabs: Appointment details, Client history, and Appointment history.

The Settings button opens the section's options.
Appointment colours
A list of colour schemes: name, Colour 1, Colour 2, and a Gradient flag. Colours are assigned to appointments manually — this is how visit types are distinguished in the grid.
Self-booking settings
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Appointment type | No payment, optional payment, or payment required |
| Payment method in documents | The payment type documents are created with |
The Appointment type option determines whether a customer booking must be accompanied by payment.
Statuses
The set of appointment statuses. Each can have Send message automatically enabled and a WhatsApp message for manual sending from the appointment card.
Message text supports placeholders: Appointment time, Point name, Point address, Extra info — replaced with the specific appointment's data.
Tips
- Automatic sending is tied to a status: the message goes out the moment an appointment moves into that status. Before enabling it, test the text on one appointment via manual sending.
- The Client confirmation flag is filled in manually and serves only as a marker — it does not affect the appointment status.
- The grid interval only changes the display; existing appointments keep their times.
