Marketing Source
The Marketing Source reference table stores customer acquisition channels (for example, Instagram, Google Ads, referral). Values from this table populate the "How they heard about us" field on the counterparty card and are used for marketing analytics.
How to open
Navigate: Sidebar > Guides > Marketing > Marketing Source
Route: /warehouse/guides/s_marketing_src

Step-by-step
Add a marketing source
- Open Guides > Marketing > Marketing Source.
- Click Add.
- Enter the Name of the acquisition channel.
- Optionally fill in External ID for synchronisation with external systems.
- Click Save.
Where it is used
The saved value becomes available in the counterparty card (Guides > Counterparties, Buyer block, How they heard about us field). The block is shown when the counterparty has the Buyer role turned on.
