Overview

Organizations represent the legal entities (companies) that own or operate the business. They are linked to cash registers, bank accounts, and documents. If you operate under multiple legal entities, each one is registered here.

Step-by-Step Guide

Adding an Organization

  1. Go to Guides > Organizations.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the Name of the legal entity.
  4. Fill in the BIN/IIN for tax and invoicing purposes.
  5. Enter the Address, Director, and Accountant as needed.
  6. Click Save.

FAQ

Do I need multiple organizations?

Only if your business operates under multiple legal entities. Most businesses need just one.

Where are organizations used?

Organizations are referenced in cash registers, bank accounts, and printed documents (invoices, receipts) to identify the legal entity.

What is BIN/IIN?

BIN (Business Identification Number) is for legal entities, IIN (Individual Identification Number) is for sole proprietors. Required for tax reporting in Kazakhstan.
