FAQ
What payment types should I create?
At minimum, create "Cash" and "Card". Additional types depend on your accepted payment methods — e.g. "Bank Transfer", "Kaspi QR", "Online Payment".
Are payment types linked to POS?
Yes. Payment types are associated with POS automated points to define which payment methods are available at each terminal.
Can I rename a payment type?
Yes. Renaming a payment type updates its display name in all future transactions. Existing documents retain the name at the time of creation.
