Overview
Paloma365 functionality is split into modules, and you pay only for the ones you enable. This page is where the composition of your subscription changes: enable a module and it appears both in the system and on the invoice; disable it and it disappears from both.
The Estimated monthly cost shown here is the amount you would pay using all currently enabled modules.
Module Types
| Type | How it is priced | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Account modules | One price for the whole account | Accounting and automation |
| Sales point modules | Price multiplied by the number of points | Point-level features |
| Workplace modules | Price multiplied by the number of workplaces | Mobile apps, integrations |
That is why the same module costs differently in a single-point account and in a ten-point chain: the summary under the price states exactly how many points and workplaces enter the calculation.
Working With the Page
- Search module — filter by name.
- Connect module — a catalog of available modules grouped by category.
- The toggle on an enabled module switches it off.
Counters show how many account modules are enabled out of those available, and how many integrations are connected on workplaces.
Some modules are nested inside others: disabling a parent module also disables its children.
Trial Period
During the trial period the page shows how many days remain. Module composition can be changed freely during that time — this is how the eventual monthly payment is tuned before the first charge.
Restrictions on Disabling
A sales-point-level module cannot be disabled while the account has connected points: the system reports their number and asks you to remove the points first.
This is a safeguard against data loss rather than a technical limitation — disabling a module while points are live would leave them without functionality.
Tips
- The cost is an estimate: it reflects the current module composition, while the actual charge is formed on the invoice. See Payment for final amounts.
- Before disabling a module, confirm nobody is using it: the data remains, but the features and menu items disappear for every employee at once.
- Third-party loyalty systems (UDS, Sagi) are connected here too, in their own block.
