Remote access for support — Paloma365 Classic (Windows POS)

This article is about Paloma365 Classic — the POS program for Windows. When a problem is hard to solve over the phone, a support specialist connects to your POS remotely via AnyDesk or TeamViewer: they see your screen and fix the issue much faster. Nothing to download — the support screen with launch buttons is built into the POS.

How to open the support screen

  1. On the POS login screen (where you enter the workplace login and password), press the Support button in the top-right corner.
  2. The Support window shows contact details: the chat in your online dashboard and the phone numbers listed below.

Press Close to return.

Launching AnyDesk or TeamViewer

  1. Call support and describe the problem.
  2. If the specialist needs to see your screen, they will ask you to press the Remote access button in the bottom-right corner of the support screen. This step is done together with the specialist — they will guide you.
  3. Buttons AnyDesk, TeamViewerQS, and Supremo appear. Press the one the specialist names.
  4. The tool opens. Read out the AnyDesk address (ID), or the TeamViewer ID and password, and confirm the incoming connection if asked.

If there is no Remote access button on your POS, just call support — the specialist will suggest another way.

Security

  • Grant remote access only to official Paloma365 support — via the contacts in this article.
  • A Paloma365 specialist never asks for bank passwords, PIN codes, or card details. If someone does — end the session and call back on the official number.
  • You see every action on your screen and can close the tool at any moment — the connection drops immediately. Never set up permanent (unattended) access.

FAQ

Can a specialist connect without my knowledge?

No. A connection is only possible when you launch the tool yourself and read out the current session details.
