Notes are predefined text snippets that can be attached to orders or order items on the POS terminal.
How to Access

Overview
Predefined notes speed up order-taking by providing common instructions that cashiers or waiters can quickly attach to items or orders. Examples include "No ice", "Extra spicy", "Allergic to nuts", or "Serve later". Instead of typing manually each time, staff select from a preconfigured list.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to POS > Notes.
- Click Add to create a new note.
- Enter a Name (the label shown on the POS button).
- Enter the full Text of the note.
- Click Save.

When adding an item to the order, the cashier can tap "Add note" and select from the list of predefined notes.
Can I use notes for customer allergies?

Yes. Notes attached to order items are printed on the kitchen/bar tickets alongside the item details.
