FAQ

How do I test if the printer is connected?

After saving, send a test print from the POS terminal. If it fails, verify the IP address and port, and confirm the printer is on the same network.

Can one printer serve multiple terminals?

Yes. Multiple automated points can reference the same printer, though this may cause queuing during busy periods.

What printer types are supported?

The system supports thermal receipt printers and kitchen ticket printers connected via network (Ethernet/Wi-Fi).
