FAQ
How are items routed to subdivisions?
Items are assigned to subdivisions through their category settings. When an order is placed, the system sends each item's ticket to the corresponding subdivision's printer.
Can I have multiple subdivisions printing to the same printer?
Yes, but it may cause confusion during busy service. It is recommended to use a dedicated printer per subdivision.
What if a subdivision has no printer assigned?
Orders for items in that subdivision will not print tickets. Assign a printer to ensure kitchen staff receive orders.
