The Import / Export page allows you to:

  • Import items and services from Excel files (.xls, .xlsx) into the system
  • Import clients and suppliers from a file — see Importing Clients and Suppliers

  • .csv (Comma-separated values)

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select the Import tab
  2. Click the upload area or drag and drop a file
  3. Click Import to upload the file

Import Template

ColumnFieldDescription
AidoutExternal ID
BisgroupIs group (Yes/No)
CparentidParent group name
DnameItem name
EpricePrice
FmeasurementUnit of measurement name
GmainShtrihBarcode

Importing Clients and Suppliers

  1. On the Import tab, set What to import to Clients / Suppliers
  2. Choose the file — a preview of its rows appears
  3. Above each column, choose what data it holds, or leave «— skip —». If the file has a header row («Name», «Phone», etc.), the columns are recognised automatically. A file prepared for the old dashboard is set up with one choice in the Column order list — it offers the same variants as the old dashboard
  4. Click Start import. When the upload finishes, check the result in the «Clients / Suppliers» list
ColumnWhat is loaded
NameRequired (or «External ID»). A client with the same name (case-insensitive) is updated, otherwise a new one is created
PhoneClient phone
Date of birthOnly from XLS/XLSX where the date is stored as a date cell
AddressClient address
BIN/TINRegistration number
Card codeClient card code
External IDCode from another system. Without a «Name» column the external ID becomes the name
Is Group«Да», «Yes» or 1 — the row creates a group, not a client
Group (external ID or name)The group the client goes into: an existing one or one created by a row above in the same file
DebtThe client's debt — a «Cash Outcome» document is created for the row (cash register and organisation no. 1, note «Прогрузка долга»)

Good to know:

  • XLS/XLSX — the first row of the file is treated as a header and is not loaded; data is read from row 2
  • CSV — columns must be separated by a semicolon «;»; every row is loaded, so a CSV must not have a header row
  • The «Debt» column cannot be the first column of the file — the dashboard will not send such a file
  • Loading a file with a «Debt» column again creates the «Cash Outcome» documents again

Tips

  • Export data first to see the expected format before importing
  • The import will update existing items if a matching name is found
  • New items will be created if no match exists
  • Maximum file size for import: 50 MB

FAQ

Q: Can I import items with prices?

A: Yes, include the price in column E of the Excel file.

Q: What happens if an item already exists?

A: The system matches by name (case-insensitive). Existing items are updated, new items are created.

Q: Can I export documents?

A: Currently, only reference tables (guides) can be exported. Document export is available through individual document pages.
