TIP

When an item with a linked recipe is added, the system automatically loads the ingredient list from the calculation. Ingredient quantities scale proportionally based on the production quantity.

Recipes and Calculations

Production documents rely on pre-configured recipes (calculations) in the system. Each recipe defines:

  • The finished product
  • Required ingredients and their quantities per unit
  • Expected yield and loss percentages

Make sure recipes are set up in the Guides > Calculations section before creating production documents.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Warehouse > Production.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Select the Organization and Warehouse.
  4. Set the Date.
  5. Add a finished product to the grid.
  6. Enter the quantity to produce — ingredients are loaded from the recipe automatically.
  7. Review ingredient quantities and adjust if needed.
  8. Click Save, then Conduct.

FAQ

The system may prevent conducting if required ingredients are not available in sufficient quantity on the warehouse.
