Warehouse Analysis
The Warehouse Analysis report shows aggregated inventory movement and sales metrics per organization and warehouse for the selected period.
How to open
Navigate to: Sidebar > Reports > Warehouse Analysis

Overview
For each organization the report builds a matrix: rows are key metrics (purchases, postings, write-offs, movements, inventory adjustments, sales, margin, opening and closing balances), columns are the total column plus a per-warehouse breakdown. The Total column equals the row's sum across warehouses.

Clicking a row opens the metric for the whole organization; clicking a warehouse cell opens it for that specific warehouse. Negative values are shown in red.
Step by step
- Go to Reports > Warehouse Analysis.
- Set the analysis period and, if needed, pick a specific warehouse, organization, or item.
- Click Build Report.
- To drill down, click a row (organization scope) or a warehouse cell (warehouse scope).
FAQ
Why is a cell blank instead of "0"?
A blank cell means there was no movement for that metric on that warehouse during the selected period. Zero is only shown when there were movements that happen to net to zero.
Can I export the report?
Yes — once the report is built, the Export menu offers Excel, PDF, and Print.
