Price Tag Printing

Generating and printing price tags for selected items using ready-made templates.

How to Access

Menu: ReportsPrice Tag Printing.

Route: /warehouse/reports/price-tags

Quick actions:

Overview

The page assembles a list of items, fills in their prices and barcodes, and lays them out on a price tag template ready for printing on a sheet.

The work happens in three steps: pick the items, set the parameters, choose the template.

Step 1. Items

In the Picker block, type an item name and click Find, then add the positions you need with Add.

Selected items are listed in a table with name and barcode; unwanted ones are removed with the cross, and Clear empties the whole list.

Step 2. Parameters

ParameterDescription
Only with barcodeExclude positions without a barcode
OrganizationThe organization on the tag; As specified takes it from the item record
Currency on tagsThe currency the price is printed in
Price typeThe main price or a specific price type
In stock at warehouseIgnore, any warehouse, or a specific one
Decimal digitsMinimum and maximum digits in the price
Print no more than (pcs)Cap on the number of tags

The In stock at warehouse filter drops positions with zero stock — which saves printing tags for goods that are not on the floor.

Step 3. Template

Choose one of the ready-made price tag templates. Templates differ in size and in which fields they carry.

Click Generate — a Preview opens, from which the tags go to print.

Tips

  • Check the preview before printing: with many positions the tags split across several pages, and the last one is often partly empty.
  • If an item has no price of the selected type, its tag prints blank. It is easier to enable Only with barcode up front and choose the main price type.
  • Tags use current price values. After a repricing, print again — the system stores no saved set of tags.
