Balance Report

Shows opening and closing balances for cash registers and bank accounts over a selected period, with income, outcome, and turnover.

Overview

The report displays financial movements in three sections: Cash Registers, Bank Accounts, and Total. For each cash register and bank account, it shows the opening balance, income, outcome, turnover, and closing balance for the selected date range.

Columns

Column	Description
Name	Cash register or bank account name
Opening Balance	Balance at the start of the period
Income	Total incoming transactions
Outcome	Total outgoing transactions
Turnover	Net movement (income minus outcome)
Closing Balance	Balance at the end of the period

Tips

• Use this report to reconcile cash and bank balances at period end.
• The Total section aggregates all cash registers and bank accounts.
