Sales dynamics over a period: revenue, receipts, average receipt, and charts by day, hour, and weekday.

Overview
This page answers "how did sales change", not "how much was sold in total". For totals there is the Summary Report; here the shape of the curve is what matters — which days and hours revenue rises and falls.

Metrics
Cards above the charts show the period totals:

Tips
- The hourly chart is the main shift-planning tool: load peaks are immediately visible, and staff schedules can be fitted to them.
- The weekday breakdown needs a period of several weeks, otherwise a single holiday distorts the picture.
- An average receipt falling while revenue rises means growing footfall rather than growing sales — the two call for different responses.
