Overview
The page shows the same metrics and charts as Sales Analytics, grouped by customer, and adds a customer name search.
Only transactions with an identified customer are counted — those where a customer record was selected at the register. Anonymous sales do not appear here, so revenue in this view is always lower than the overall total.

Tips
- A low share of identified sales means cashiers are not selecting the customer. While that holds, customer analytics and the loyalty program show only part of the picture.
- To gauge repeat business, compare receipt count against customer count: a ratio above one means return visits.
