Bank Income
The Bank Income document records the receipt of funds into the organization's bank account. It is used to track non-cash payments from clients, contract-based receipts, and other bank deposits.

Overview
A bank income document is created when funds are credited to a bank account. Once conducted (posted), the amount is reflected on the selected bank account and in the cash flow analytics.

The list page shows all bank income documents.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Money > Bank Income.
- Click Add.
- Select the Organization and Bank Account.
- Set the Date of the operation.
- Optionally select a Client and Income/Expense Type.
- Enter the Amount.
- Optionally add a Note.
- Click Save, then Conduct.
FAQ
How do I undo an incorrect bank income?
Open the document and click Unconduct. The bank account balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I edit a conducted document?
First unconduct the document, make changes, then conduct it again.
What is the difference between bank income and cash income?
Bank income records non-cash receipts to a bank account, while cash income records physical cash received into a cash register.
