FAQ

How far back does the log go?

The system log retains records according to your subscription plan. A Paloma365 specialist can tell you the exact retention period for your plan — just ask here in the chat.

Can I filter logs by a specific employee?

Yes. Use the user filter to see all actions performed by a specific employee.

How do I see what support changed?

Tick Support only in the filters and apply them — the list keeps the actions support specialists made in your account under a support access request. Their User column names the specialist and the rights they worked with: those of the employee who allowed the access, or the owner's.

Can log entries be deleted?

No. Log entries are immutable for audit integrity. They cannot be edited or deleted by any user.
